The Academy of International Affairs has joined global leaders in mourning former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, who passed away at 100. Founder and President of the Academy, Prof Bolaji Akinyemi, reflected on President Carter’s historic 1978 visit to Nigeria, during which he addressed the nation at the National Arts Theatre.
